Human Nature and Tendencies
We all have a tendency to be drawn to what we fear or hate. Anything can influence even the most strong willed, stalwart, valiant spirit. The atmosphere constantly bearing upon the priest too much harrows him to the depths of ; the lure of alcohol becomes to strong. Like (In Life of Pi) Pi's initial abhorrence of raw flesh, then his disgusting relish of it, the whisky priest is drawn to alcohol as a moth will be drawn to a deadly fire.

Hmmm... Well, first of all that could have come from a college student, in my opinion. The writing was fantastic. Second of all, I don't thouroughly agree with what yousaid about the alcohol. I don't thing he uses alcohol unhealthily. Third of all, by now my response is almost as long as your entire post... more text evidence would have been nice. Overall, though, I thought it short and to the point. I always feel so professional when I come to your blog. It is black white and gray, neat and organized.
